Incredible stay. Unforgettable. The staff truly goes above and beyond. View from the city view rooms (especially where i stayed at lvl 7. Was incredible. I cannot believe this room was cheaper than the “garden view” rooms which imo had less of a view.

I recently stayed at Gaia Hotel Bandung and had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. I received a warm welcome during check-in with Risya, who helped arrange my rooms to be close to each other and even upgraded one of them from a garden view to a mountain view. Upon check-out, Hanny gave me a warm farewell and handled everything smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and all the other staff members greeted me kindly throughout my stay. Overall, the hospitality, service, and atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable—I would be happy to stay here again.

Love the cleanliness, all the staff were accommodating. The walking and garden area is great! BREAKFAST was FANTASTIC!!!! I did some massage (deep tissue), it was great for my tired body . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel!
