The hotel was kinda old but they maintained its cleanliness and the architectural design. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Not much issue with room and hotel. Tje service is good. Staff are friendly and smiley in gerneral. Like the sweet lady at the omelette station. She looks smiley enough for a morning breakfast. If you go sauna...the place looks extremely dated, dufferent from hotel lobby, .like not much attention and maintenance going on there. The pool is for show only. No issue if u don't intend to use them. Not many shops around hotel to walk around. So i would say if u plan to have your own activities, hotel is good to stay as the room looks clean and big. Location if ok if you take grab now and then.

During check in our suitcases were collected outside but they were left unattended (near the street)and it took until we were planning to take them to our rooms ourselves for staff to bring them inside. Staff in general were friendly but did not always do what they promised or did not take the time to greet me, even though they turned out to be checking something for me, all the time I was just waiting because they seemed to be busy with something else. Watercooker in the room was dangerous; handle could not be touched after cooking. The view from our room was a wall. A day after checking out I received an email stating I still had an open bill for an extra bed. When I wanted to confirm I had used one, their mailbox was full...

Room: door knob need fixing. basin n tao position alignment t issue causes water to splash all over hence wash basin counter perpetually wet. Only provided towels n door towel, no extra face towel. Clothline not working. Breakfast spread lack variety especially soup and porridge were Luke warm.

Excellent Hospitality & Good Breakfast

The staff excellent hospitality, right from the reception to cafe staff made us feel so welcomed. In particular, our customer relations officer, Miss Yoppy was attentive to our needs & kept contacts with us making sure that things are smooth & well taken care off. Breakfast spread was good. Our stay at this hotel made our trip to Bandung a memorable one.

Small but nice and cozy hotel. Pleasant staff.

Our family of five had booked two rooms. Check-in and check out was a breeze. Staff were pleasant and warm and showed interest in Customers. Breakfast spread was good and the staff was on hand to attend to requests. Room service food from coffeehouse though limited was very good. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Worth the stay!

Hotel staff were smiley and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. However, non-smoking rooms were at level one, just above the road level. The noise outside could be heard as early as 6am. Other than this, the hotel overall was a good place to stay! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast too!

Recommended!

I loved the interior design, especially the room. It was luxurious, dark and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with many selections. WiFi was fast. Bathroom was ok but could be bigger. Bed was very comfy with full carpeting on the floor. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic service, would definitely come again

OMG, guys if you havent found the right residing place for yourself, consider Amaroosa Bandung Hotel. We checked in on the 17th, pleased with what we saw at its lobby, their service gave this hotel's reputation another boost. We checked in with no fridge but no find out that every room in Level 1 is experiencing the same thing. So we called in and asked for a fridge, minutes later it came but it wasnt the right size. We were okay with that, not petty just thankful that a fridge was given. The next day, we got a call and they moved us up to Level 2 with the Swimming Pool view!!! LOVE IT. Food/ Breakfast was soooooo good!? Like they serve you, breakfast, lunch and dinner AT BREAKFAST. You eat till you drop!? So dont forget to consider there breakfast when you book at Amaroosa under Expedia! Other than that, staffs were so polite. As good or fantastic a hotel design can be, location wise, whatever, ITS NOTHING with BAD service! Cmon you got to agree. Before we left on our 5th night, we were given liek a huggggg piece of Red Velvet cake as a "thank you" gift i assume!? Shucks gurl you didnt have to but overall, 5/5!

Saat saya tiba dalam kamar.. kondisi terdapat 2 lampu yang mati.. dan kamar deluxe tidak dilengkapi dengan kulkas ketika saya telepon baru dikasih kulkas.. saya menginap untuk 2 malam... br 1 malam menginap disuruh pindah kamar.. terpaksa saya berkemas barang saya untuk pindah kamar... sudah sering kali saya menginap di hotel.. baru kali ini disuruh pindah kamar... padahal interiornya bagus.. sayang sekali pelayanannya seperti itu saya harap management hotel amarossa bandung dapat memperhatikan kenyamanan konsumennya..

Within walking distance to the many factory outlets. Hotel stay was good and staff is very helpful and friend. English proficiency level is not great and able to communicate. Staff are very helpful. Wifi signal was really bad. Intermittent and speed is slow.

Hotel seems not ready for multi-rooms booking

i had booked 5 rooms and paid them 3 days in advance. we all (family with 4 vehicles) got to the hotel at 12:30 pm and had to wait since rooms were being cleaned up and yet 1 room was available for the elder. well the waiting was too long, i had to keep coming back to front offfice for asking rest of rooms availability and finally at 14:00 3 rooms were available for my relatives, which left me none. at around 14:20 i really had to push to earn my room, which then magically appear and i was happy cause finally got to rest after long ride. But sadly it was a smokey room and i was disappointed since i had specifically booked for 5 Non-smoking room and paid full in advance. parking space was terrible. lobby is too small for many people waiting for check in/out. i wish i've had a better experience here but unfortunately i've had not.

hotel yang cocok untuk bersantai

check in cepat, staf ramah dan sigap. tak lama setelah masuk kamar, ditelepon utk memastikan kelengkapan kamar sudah fix; sekaligus ditanya, akan sahur atau breakfast. tempat breakfast luas, dan bisa utk bersantai-santai pagi hari. secara keseluruhan, hotel cukup menarik. bisa bersantai di area kolam renang. seandainya tak ada agenda belanja dan wisata lain, 'ngendon' di hotel saja sudah cukup menyenangkan.
