"The staff were helpful, not far from shops or water front, quiet area and parking right next door at a discounted rate, rooms were lovely, breakfast was great in the downstairs café. The only downfall was the tiny lounge that was made for two but not big enough to lie down on. Could have gotten rid off the large desk to make room for a bigger lounge. Also not much free to air to choose from on the TV. Everything else great."

"The Quest Savoy was perfect for us, being within easy walking distance to the RHH was important. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was serviced beautifully. The reception staff were professional, competent and friendly. The only down side was off site parking, however it was only a short walk to a carpark. Payment and registration was arranged by the Quest Savoy staff ."
