"Overall, our experience was mixed. The biggest positive was EJ from the management company. She was responsive, professional, and fairly quick to address any issues that arose during our stay. When we raised concerns about the condition of the kitchen, she arranged for cleaners to come within 48 hours to perform a deep clean, which was appreciated. The building itself offers excellent amenities. The pool was well-maintained, the gym was a good size, and the location is extremely convenient. Having 7-eleven and Dean & DeLuca right downstairs, is absolutely a huge bonus. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and Central Bloc Mall is literally a two-minute walk away. The main reason we did not extend our stay was the persistent musty smell coming from the kitchen area. Unfortunately, this was a significant concern given my father's respiratory condition. While management made an effort to address the issue, the odor remained a concern for us. Would we work with EJ again? Absolutely. She was helpful throughout our stay. Would we book this particular unit again? We're not sure. The location and amenities were excellent, but the air quality issue would make us think carefully before returning to the same unit."

"We had an excellent stay at this property. The place is charming and clean, though the sink faucets It had all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. One minor issue we noticed was that a few of the faucets were a bit wobbly and showed some wear, but they were still functional and did not significantly affect our stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive from booking to check-out, which made the entire experience hassle-free. The location is truly one of its best features—perfectly situated with easy access to everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again."
