"Food was really gorgeous. We had breakfast, dinner and cream tea there. All excellent. Room was very comfortable but small. Hotel garden lovely. Drinks great. Service was haphazard: often had to go inside to seek or give a food order, or request cutlery once food had come etc, as hard to flag someone down once we’d been seated/served. Some staff were welcoming, some were brusk. Hotel in beautiful town and was a lovely place. Overall, would go again. "

"We had beautiful weather for our stay, the backyard was enticing and a great hang out spot. The excellent local pub was a short walk away and the walk to Painswick through Frith Woods is beautiful. A lovely property in a beautiful location."

"This property was so beautiful - the photos do not fully do it justice. The house is very spacious. It is easy to find and in a scenic setting. The gardens are really pretty and well kept, the outhouse is a lovely space to feel like you are outside even when the weather is bad and the interior has a cosy feel and is beautifully decorated. The beds are SO COMFY! Overall we were very impressed."

"What a wonderful place to stay, we loved that pool house, the space inside and out, the views, the decor and the owner and the lady that take care of it were lovely. We had really nice weather so enjoyed the pool which was heated and the hot tub though takes a very long time to heat with logs lol Been great communication throughout too. Thank you so much ☺️"
