"The property looks beautiful in the online pictures but not so much in person. In our room handicapped accessible, the shower was not usable for us because we would have had to try to step over and into a tub that had handicapped railings and that is just not possible with a person in a wheelchair who.can not walk. There is no handicapped parking in the front on the building and several large pot holes in the lot. The room was clean however the carpet could use a good cleaning. I received a text upon checking in and I responded to it however I never received a response back. The breakfast was as good as a continental breakfast can be expected to be."

"Yeah will probably not be going back to this one. Just didnt feel like a safe area if you take family. A lot of people that just live there and dont care about what u see or hear. Pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else"

"We really like this property. Right next to a small pond, surrounded by trees, very convenient to the freeway and to a Greenway to walk or run in the morning, across from Aldi and food options. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, room was great and on the back of the hotel and sides it overlooks trees or a pond. We did not notice any noise from the highway. Great hotel."

"Front desk staff extremely friendly & helpful. Service staff extremely rude. Needed towels. Told by front desk to sit towel & trash outside door. Went straight back to room as the housekeeper was next door. My wife stated she passed right by the room. When she asked for towels. The housekeeper refused. Totally ignored us & got on her phone to call someone. Had to go right back down the elevator to the front desk. Supervisor went back up with me. Instructed her to leave towels for us & pick up the trash. The interaction with this particular housekeeper made our stay very unpleasant."
