"Room was big and clean. Staff was nice. “Gym” has 2 pieces of equipment and 2 10 lb weights. Breakfast was okay. Homeless people near parking lot but they didn’t bother me. Overall a comfortable stay. "

"The room I had was neat. The bathroom shower head was held on by duct tape and came off while showering. There was no maintenance person on the premise. The only option was to move to another room. The AC unit was exposed and very dusty. You had to wash your own line. there was no replacement linens no replacement towels and you had to have your own toilet trees, including toilet paper. There was no phone and no remote to the TV. The cable was not cable. The channels didn’t match the shows that we’re being seen checked out a day early."

"Could be cleaner. They need to exterminate Had 2 roaches that crawled in my bed which I showed maintenance. My refrigerator would not get cold unfortunately. Another room was offered but i dont understand why me moving all my things to another room in the 2nd fl made more sense than changing the fridge out which was the size of a med cooler"

"There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional."

"I really just needed a place to sleep after the days festivities. I did not get to use any amenities. The elevator was a big scary but I wasn't about to lug that suitcase 3 flights is steps. So it worked out! I didn't interact with the start except to check in and out and they were both friendly"
