Good size rooms which is great for family travel. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. The pool table in the lobby was awesome; we used it often. The rooms are dated and need updating/repairs. There is no hot tub, despite Expedia saying there was one. Overall, good value for the miney.

What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!

We came into town for my son to visit UNC Chapel Hill as he will be attending in the fall and to go to the NC State vs Chapel Hill game. We had a great stay with y'all. The room was large enough to accommodate us and the beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen so we could have snacks and keep our left overs.

Beautiful and peaceful place. I love it. Staff are all nice and helpful . The breakfast team are awesome-Lawrence and the weekend lady( sorry, I did not get your name) . Thank you both for your service . I will definitely want to return to this place .

Nice setting, clear clean pool, colonial decor, quiet and wooded but not too secluded. Looking forward to when standard room tidy up service can return to pre-pandemic routines. Clean towels were provided, but need to ask. Facility, breakfast, pleasant staff, all fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay, just wish they weren't testing the fire alarms. I know it had to be done and I am glad they do have it checked. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and we were close UNC and about 10 minutes from the Dean Dome. What more could you ask for?

Clean hotel and courteous employees. The pool area and patio are fantastic. We did have an issie with our 1st room - the people in the room bext door were extremely loud. They also smoked pot- so much so that the hallway and our room had a heavy pot smell. The desk clerk on duty switched our room for us. Not sure of anything was done about the guest who was smoking pot in the other guest room.
