Cozy room. Only complaint was that bathroom was TINY - shower not enclosed and practically on top of the toilet. The hotel was lovely - clean, great breakfast buffet and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Perfect location for exploring the city - we walked nearly everywhere. I would stay again - but I might ask for a bigger or upgraded room just for the bathroom situation.

Pros: Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had gluten free toast and dairy free options (oatmilk, oatmilk yogurt), and lactose free milk. Shower got hot and good water pressure. Location is about 10 min walking from the waterfront, not in the busy area but very easy to get to by foot or metro/bus. Clean hotel and area, and quiet with no noises at night. Many restaurants and a metro station very close by. Hotel responsive via email and check in very easy. Cons: Small rooms. Shower wasn’t draining well, had to stop shower several times to wait for water to drain. Breakfast small and they don’t refill everything- eggs and bacon were freezing cold at 9 am. No full length mirror in room. Description states AC but you cannot control it from your room and did not see any AC unit in the rooms/just small vent on ceiling. Cannot open the windows so can get a bit warm depending on the weather. No safe to store valuables. No dressers/shelves to store any clothes in the room, just a few hangers on the wall. Bathroom a good size but had tho space to put anything down. Towels very small. Elevator was not working one of the days.

Good location

The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to most places or take the metro which is one block away. The hotel is on a quiet street but a construction site just across from our window made for noise and dust. The breackfast was good and the evening staff member was very helpful.

Also this time it was good but for a few things in personnel attitude, which got me worried about my safety and that will make me consider twice before rebooking. - 5 minutes before closing of breakfast on Saturday there was a big quarrel in the breakfast room. Rommet ble ikke støvsuget, badet ikke vasket på 4 dager, søppel ble tømt, senger ble redd, dopapir ble ikke etterfylt. lite utvalg i frokost, egg var alt for mye kokt(grønn). Personale var hyggelig, men det var en ansatt som ved hver frokost som stort sett pratet i telefonen, noe vi synes ikke ter seg.
