Short break to attend the adjacent convention centre. Great location for access to the convention centre and links to train station. Hotel was clean and well presented, room clean and tidy and good facilities. Breakfast buffet selection good and restaurant and bar areas well maintained.

The staff were friendly, fun, kind and attentive. We stayed with our small daughter, and she had so much fun and felt safe—easy access to public transport and parking. Excellent breakfast spread with the possibility of a to-go cup of coffee. Easy check-in and check-out.

The area was safe, quiet, food options and transportation is conveniently located nearby, however the rooms were too warm. My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms, and all 5 were warm. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning and were told by staff that it couldn’t be adjusted, only 1 fan was offered for relief. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the rooms serviced, we indicated yes and then no one serviced the rooms. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that since we are checking out the following day, it won’t be done, which is why we wanted it done the previous day. Some were told that we had to reserve tables for breakfast, while others were not given that information. The staff were friendly enough, but actual assistance was lacking.

部屋が広くて使いやすく、朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ隣部屋の人のドアを閉める音がうるさかったのが気になりました。 その人の閉め方なのか、ドアの構造なのか... あと宿泊分のバスタオルを置いてほしかったです。バスマットは交換されたけど、なぜかバスタオルの交換、補充はありませんでした。 でも全体的に過ごしやすいホテルでした！

Saavuimme hotelliin suoraan laivasta aamulla klo 7 aikaan, saimme heti hotelliin saavuttuamme laukut säilytykseen ja lähdimme loistavalle aamupalalle, aamiaisen jälkeen menimme pyytämää aikaisempaa sisään kirjautumista, olisimme saaneet sen heti 600 kruunulla, mutta asiakaspalvelija ei halunnut rahastaa sillä vaan kertoi että saisimme huoneen klo 10 jälkeen 200 kruunulla, asiakaspalvelu oli todella hyvää koko vierailumme ajan ja puitteet oli kohdallaan, toinen asiakas palvelija huikkasi meille keskustelumme yhteydessä ettei uloskirjautumis aika ole aivan kiveen hakattu vaan hieman joustava. Huoneen sisutus ja värimaailma oli mieleemme. Näköalat olivat plussaa!

Bon hôtel

La table de ping-pong et le baby-foot sont appréciés. La chambre est très bien, nos demandes lors de la réservation sont toujours respectées. Hôtel proche de la gare et pratique. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner bien que très complet est un peu industriel.
