We have stayed many times as our daughter lives locally - it’s so convenient for the mall, trains and buses. Showers and beds are great.. as is the breakfast. Also great to have a bar for a nightcap before bed - will be back in December !

We love this hotel! Beds are comfy and showers are powerful… it’s so convenient to visit our daughter too! Breakfast is tasty and varied and it’s great to have a bar for the evenings - highly recommended!

Brilliant value for money - great comfortable beds and super showers, and a varied and tasty breakfast! Also super friendly and helpful staff - we love staying here and will be back again soon - I would highly recommend this as it reflects its name - comfort!

Lovely relaxed and comfortable hotel with great beds? Showers breakfast and a comfortable bar for a beer after a busy day - transport nearby however for us it’s close to our daughter so an ideal location - I would recommend anyway - great value for money

Clean and comfortable beds and a great shower! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and proximity to the mall and food court was great - location perfect for us as we were visiting family close by and transport into the city was so easy .. great breakfast too!

We had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly, especially Fila and Qusay. Close to metro was also a plus. Could have bigger or extra pillows in the rooms.

Good location in Kista

Room OK. I had trouble getting the heating up.. not great when it was -12 °C outside. Bar and food area was good to kick back, finish off work and chill out.

Likes: Location is convenient with a shopping centre within 2 minutes walking distance, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast, rooms were clean and so the environment within hotel. Dislikes: Parking is not free as initially advertised when purchased the package and got a ticket of 900Sk.

We stayed at Comfort Hotel Kista on an extremely busy weekend (Taylor Swift's Eras Tour) and everything with the hotel went as smooth and easy as can be! Both signing in and out were very quick and our room was simple, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and even though the hotel was jam packed with concertgoers it was quiet and calm at the hotel. Breakfast was great with all the hotel breakfast staples you can expect plus some extras and the buffet was plentiful even with full restaurant. Extra points for having a temporary friendship bracelet worktable for the Swifties, that was so considerate and on theme!

Not this Hotel in Stockholm

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. When we entered the room it has a smell which is not fresh. I reported to the reception and requested a change of room but they only told me they don't have another room. They didn't check our room to help with the bad smell. The ventilation is not working at first so I reported to the reception. They told me that they have problem with ventilation but I was not informed during our checked in (booked 4 rooms). Since it was not working I asked the lady receptionist if she can go to our room and show how to install the control panel so it would work but she told me that she's not on duty anymore. A two minute of her time would not cost that much if she is concern with the guests. So I requested an electric fan and the manly receptionist promised to bring one in our room but it never happened. The next day the same, no electric fan was provided. The room's window cannot be opened and I feel unsafe. If a fire broke I will not able to go out from the window. Even though the breakfast is good and the bed is comfortable I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean comfortable room- great shower and a super breakfast with so much choice. But by far the best thing about the hotel is the staff! All so friendly and helpful - In particular Monika and also colleague on Saturday and Sunday - they are a credit to the company :)
