"I always stay at this hotel when in Frankfurt. It is beautiful and luxurious with great location and service. This time I notice the young lady checking me in did not seem to want to upgrade my room until I mentioned it. She did after I asked but it was not the best upgrade as I have received beautiful suite upgrades before. Nevertheless I still had a great stay. Love the smoking room located at the hotel too. "

"Excellent stay in Frankfurt! What a well appointed, spacious room in a modern hotel. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was walkable to Romerberg and restaurants. The staff are truly efficient and so helpful. Everyone from front desk and in the restaurant were so attentive, warm and accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay here again!"

"The location is good and the restaurant on the 7th floor has an excellent breakfast and was a very popular dinner venue. The room was ok / adequate but lacking a light in the table area so a bit tough to work for long periods. "

"Great room, but overzealous with their security measures. You need your key card and check-in card everywhere. You can’t go for breakfast without it and don’t try to get past evening door security if they have an event on without it or you will be threatened (by some particularly heavy handed door men). Be warned! "
