2/10 Terrible

"This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had. The rooms were terrible. Run down , dirty, falling apart and not working and lamps had broken switches or just missing so not working at all. At first we got a room and the AC was not working. The room was at 80 degrees and the compressor apperstly wasn't working so the maintance staff said that it would take too long to fix the unit so just to asked to be moved. So we hauled all of our items back down to the lobby and told them about the issue. Then we got another room and it was worst. The AC unit was falling off the wall, the toilet bowl was dirty with what seem was actual dirt and permanently stained , the bathroom corners were falling apart too and even the bathtube was stained and dirty. So we then later in the day went back to the lobby and explained the issues again. They then said we could move again this time to the new tower. Which was further out of the main lobby and at that point we were just too tired and too upset at the thought of again hauling ALL of our luggage again for a third time so we just kept the horrible room. I would not recommend this hotel at all for anyone. They said they were updating it soon but still are having people stay in these horrible rooms."

"We went knowing that they are still under construction. That didn’t bother us at all. Those issues (no pool, elevators sometimes working and sometimes not, construction going on, etc) were no big deal, it’s going to be beautiful when it’s all done. What did bother us, however, was that we were there from June 1-5 and never had housekeeping. We needed towels, trash emptied, new drinking glasses, shampoo (dispenser was broken). We spoke to no fewer than 4 humans and the AI concierge. We were told everything from “sorry we don’t have anyone to service your room” to “we already did service your room” (they didnt) to “we will send someone up right away, let me take down your room number” to “my apologies” (but no action) to “ok thanks for telling us, we will get someone up”. It went from being very frustrating to laughable. Customers service fail- 100%"

"Pros: i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it was a very cold pool. No Complimentary coffee"
