Mi casa es su casa. Come and enjoy Stari Grad close to the center in my house on Hvar island. On the sunny terrace you can comfortably sunbathe or end the day. In about 2 minutes walk you are at the port and in the center where a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, tourist office, bus stop and much more are available.

It has the perfect combination, meaning not that big but adequate space, a garden, one parking space and a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. The accommodation is close to the center of the promenade, shopping, ATMs, tourist office and bus stops.

The place:

Room Layout Room 1 and 2: Two single beds each, shared terrace access, air conditioning, first floor. Room 3: Double bed, air conditioning, first floor. Room 4: Double bed and sofa bed, direct garden access, air conditioning, ground floor.

Shared Areas (for single room bookings) Kitchen with induction stove, small dining table and two chairs, shared refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the first floor. Bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.

Dining Areas Garden seating for up to 6 people. Terrace seating for up to 8 people. No inside dining area.

Notes Self check-in and check-out. Submission of all guests’ ID documents required in advance. Only registered guests are allowed. Free Wi-Fi. No parking available for single room bookings. No TV, no luggage storage. Access to upper floor via outdoor staircase. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Air conditioning is automatically controlled. Hot water via boiler. Outdoor area under video surveillance.
Not wheelchair accessible. For full house bookings: parking space (max. minivan), number of beds depends on guest count, unused rooms remain locked. Entrance doors remain unlocked. Host occasionally sleeps on the ground floor and uses the bathroom. No double bedding for couples. Guests are liable for any damages. Close sun umbrellas in windy conditions. Do not disconnect any electrical devices from power or internet.
