"A really lovely house and location to stay but feel need to comment that absence of basis kitchen utensils and pantry items was very noticeable and impacted significantly on experience of property. Would have been an overall 5 except for constant reminder when preparing every meal of how limited and frugal kitchen equipment and basic supplies were. For example: - two small knives for food preparation were blunt and very limited in use (unable to cut locally bought bread loaves) - no rotating...

"Did not like TV…no instructions given on how to use it. Code to access key at front very difficult to see..needed a torch at 3PM .. Property in great location ..easily able to walk to main Beechworth precinct.Loved autumn colours in gardens"

"This property was so comfortable. We cooked most nights, but also had a lovely bistro just around the corner, next to the IGA. Also walking distance to the sport facilities. Hosts went out of their way to meet our needs. Very comfortable and great location."

"My 6 friends and I had a lovely stay. The house is exactly as mentioned in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Well equipt kitchen and a bbq if you wanted to make your own meals. The house was very comfortable with space to spread out between the main lounge room and the theater room as well as the dinning area and outside table by the pool which was amazing on some very warm days. We will definitely be back"

"A wonderful stay close to the Albury Bot Gardens.., river walks and walk to town. The only issue was that the lounge room furniture was terrible..! So uncomfortable and difficult to get out of..!! You really ought get something second hand that is friendlier for older people to use..🙏"

"We loved Maple cottage, perfect for 2 and a dachshund! Cosy, fully functional, close to the Punka Pub, Punkah Pantry and Rail Trail Cafe, whose staff are all so awesome by the way. The heated bathroom floor was a treat. Thanks for supplying some wood for fires 🙌 Saturday was spent hiking over Mt Buffalo, had my eye on a long hot bath afterwards, but there wasn’t a plug to fit the bath. "This was a lovely spacious property, air con and fans in all rooms, a really lovely garden area, Pet friendly if needed. Our only hiccup was prior to the booking i messaged the owner, he never responded to my text. When we arrived at the property another group was in the house and unpacking! This gave us a scare! They had the wrong date (month), all was rectified and they left. I think ot might have been a better idea for the owner to have sent the code to the key box out nearer to the booking...

"With enough room that we weren't living on top of each other, and multiple TVs to ensure that we were able to live-stream our conference, this place served perfectly. The post conference activities of pool, games room, large kitchen, multiple dining options (indoor/outdoor) and ability to just go for a walk, feeling like we were miles from nowhere, but with only a couple of minutes drive to town, was perfect. Thank you so much to the lovely hosts for making our stay everything we wanted."
