"The staff were very helpful and polite. The reception was excellent clean and well presented. The bedrooms were well equipped and immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable. Overall 10 out of 10"

"Parking was easy although paying through the app wasnt as easy better to pay at desk like we have before but staff were very helpful. Everything was clean and tidy , no problems at all. "

"The room we were staying, the decor was tired - not worthy of a 4 star hotel unfortunately. Upon arrival, wardrobe door was hanging off hinges, the wifi receiver box was hanging of the wall - room was also very dark. Pointed out wardrobe door to concierge and they had it fixed the next day, but should have been done before guest arrival - tables in hallway tired and peeling off. The staff was friendly though, especially in the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good choice."
