Welcome to our tropical paradise, just 10-15 mins to beach and about 15-20 to downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes, the suite is with everything you need including plenty of amenities. Come check out this large 1 bedroom 1 bath suite with fenced in yard featuring grill and seating area. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!

As you come in you’ll love the living room/kitchen combo space featuring full sofa bed 42inch tv and eating space for your preferences in the kitchen you’ll appreciate the French door refrigerator with plenty of space for the long term tenants looking for monthly rents, also appliances as microwave, coffee maker and conventional oven all of your necessities in the space. As you walk in the room you will appreciate the nicely done decor and very comfortable queen bed as well as amenities such as extra towels, sheets and beach towels and to top it all you’ll have your very own private bathroom en-suite. Completely remodeled and convenient for your needs.
