"The room was clean and comfortable and has what I needed, location was excellent. The staff and manager were great and very friendly and helpful. I have a story to share, I dropped my little bag While I get out of my taxi in front of the hotel it has my passport, ID, credit cards and cash mony. I thought I lost it, next day I asked the manager to look at the camera and check it out we went through a lot of records till we found that a delivery guy has picked it up and left through many efforts by the hotel staff we got his phone number and the manager called him in a very professional way to bring my bag back I got everything with a huge relief. big thanks to the hotel staff and Mr Sameh, the manger. "

"Very close to the airport and a major mall. Customer service from walking in through the stay until check-out was outstanding and highly personalised (thank you, Hasan, at the front desk).
