"My mother and I thought very highly of our stay one night stay at this hotel. ALL staff were freindly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable and is situated in a great location, being within walking distance of the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate and Friedrichstr BHF station. The breakfast was also great due to its vast selection and great quality. Thank you!"

"We stayed here for five days. This is a very nice hotel, high-end, with staff who are used to taking care of their guest's wishes. The room inside was very nice, with a few exceptions. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows, and it was a large room with a separate closet, water closet, and bath area. The in-room amenities were very nice (robes, slippers, chocolate, turn-down service); however, we did experience a few setbacks. First, the shower did not drain well. We mentioned this on our first day, and they didn't seem to get it fixed. Also, there aren't any plugs that are near the bed that you can access without pulling the bedside table away from the wall. Because my husband and I both use CPAP machines, this was quite cumbersome. Also, the location of our room was very far from the front of the hotel. The layout of this hotel is very odd, where you must walk long distances to get from your room to areas such as the sauna. We also noticed some housekeeping items that were surprising, such as cobwebs on light fixtures and trash/room service items staying in the hallway for extended periods of time. For a hotel of this caliber, I would not expect this. We had a great experience overall, especially our evening drinks from the bar. The location was wonderful, and we would stay again, but there are just a few items they might want to tighten up."

"Hotel location was perfect, walkable to many locations and public transport. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. "The hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff when we arrived were efficient but not especially welcoming. The room had very comfortable beds, was clean and tidy, but the lighting in the room was terrible - very dark. The pool is very small but pleasant, but the changing facilities in the spa were very cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central and walking distance of most of the major sights. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast - fantastic selection on the buffet each morning which was all delicious, and good coffee. The only let down was one morning we came down they couldn’t find us a table because they were catering for a conference party and put us in the atrium public seating area away from the restaurant and expected us to walk back and forth up and down steps with our selection from the buffet which was not ideal because the hotel was so crowded. We had one evening meal on the first night which was tasty but small menu, small portions and overpriced compared to other local restaurants. The cocktails were good but again pricey. Overall a great first trip to Berlin thank you."
