If you like floors that have settled with age, friendly and interesting st aff, a great little pub with a good traditional breakfast, and steeped in the history of Scotland, this is a comfortable and safe hotel. I appreciated the value (cost and convenience) which made this stay affordable."

"This was an amazingly good find as this hotel was excellent. Everything about it was more than expected, very comfortable and large rooms, well equipped with everything you need and of high quality. The staff from the 1st contact could not have done any more to make our stay comfortable. To cap it all, the food was superb, local produce with an excellent choice on the menu. Special mention must go to having a couple of Tunnocks Tea Cakes alongside the coffee machine, a nice touch. The fruit basket was the healthy option (nice) but the tea cakes, excellent !"
