"The rooms were clean; however, the standard room with 2 queen beds was small. We were glad it was only for one night. Staff were friendly. The elevator was extremely slow. We had to pay extra for parking in the garage - as high as the host for the room was. It could've been included with parking cost. Great location for seeing a concert at Grand Casino Arena but wouldn't pick to stay there for any other time. Breakfast was mediocre."

"The girl at the front desk was not the most helpful or pleasant. We booked 2 rooms with Expedia and only had one room in the computer. Instead of trying to help us understand what happened and resolve the problem she just simply made us purchase another room and be off. I have to say it is a very clean hotel and the rooms are beautiful. So the front desk was the only bad part. She needed to be a lot more friendly and more helpful with the situation. Because of this misunderstanding with the rooms I don’t think I will go back but you never know. "

"Excellent staff. Enjoyed the lobby cafe (the barista was awesome) and the carrot cake in the grill. The exercise room is in desperate need of some attention. Dirty, busted equipment, bathroom smells, no towels, etc. I’m not sure why hotels do not do a deep clean on each guest room a couple times a year. The house keeping staff can only do so much. For the cost of the stay, I was expecting a a slightly cleaner room. I’m giving this hotel a five mainly because the staff was phenomenal. The property owners need to up their game and make the facility match the incredible staff."
