" Everything thing from reservation to check out was great!!! We were called shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. The place was clean and well sticked with plenty of room for all of our stuff. The location and views was great...just a short drive to the boardwalk. "My family did not get to attend our trip due to flight issues, not the fault of the resort. However, I have spent a week trying to get a hold of them between Expedia support and calling directly to get a refund. They simply refuse to address the issue and have been holding thousands of dollars hostage despite acknowledging we never checked in nor were we there. It should have been as simple as “we’re sorry you had travel issues, we will refund you through Expedia” No comments on facility or amenities since we never actually got to see them."
