"This house is so beautiful and the backyard was great for the dogs!"

"We loved our stay at this cottage! The water views are breathtaking and the best part is you can see them from every room in the rental. Such beautiful views of Lake Champlain! We enjoyed a lot of outside time on all of the different decks. It was a very relaxing stay. The hot tub is such an awesome addition as well, it was amazing to see the lake and hear the waves while soaking in the hot tub. Watching the sunset was something we looked forward to each night. Inside the cottage is also...

"The place was cozy and clean. The fire pit and chairs were a great place for the family to hang out. Less than 15 min to get to Burlington Main Street. "

"Very clean and conveniently located to downtown and airport."

"Great location setting and amenities!"

"Unique property - very accommodating of my pup. Close to great outdoor adventures, and multiple downtown areas for dining and shopping."

"Overall the stay was really good! Short drive into Burlington. Nice to be able to have a fenced in yard for our dog. The place was clean and inviting and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The traffic was a little noisy but it is on a main road so that's to be expected. A few other minor things but the host was very communicative and welcoming to the feedback!"

"The cabin was cute and cozy. Right on the water with great views. Really enjoyed our stay!!"

"Comfortable, clean, welcoming, even a bit chic. Ideal for friend groups or small families. Easy check-in with clear instructions as well."

"This is my second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The place has everything we needed and the sunset in the deck was absolutely beautiful Saturday night. Highly recommend this place"

"Easy process, beautiful home with stairs leading right down to the lake! Great spot on Lake Champlain, highly recommend!"

"This was THE most adorable place I've ever stayed in a rental! I had my kids with me and the proximity to the river to fish and swim was a huge selling point. Then you get the hot tub and TREE HOUSE sauna for the cherry on top! I only gave 4 stars for the description because I didn't look closely enough and thought the futon was an additional bed.10/10 would recommend!"

"Good spot to stay, clean and quiet area."

"Good location for home base for fishing"

"Other than a rainy Sunday watching our daughter run the marathon, getting to dry and warm up by the fire was a god send. The view from the deck overlooking Lake Champlain was amazing."

"This house is a 10/10. The location, setting, house itself, and staff were incredible. We will absolutely be back!!! Could not recommend more!"
