Liked: Perfect location to get around central Surfers, epic view from balcony. Large apartment, perfect for family of 4. Comfy beds.
Disliked: Huge clump of hair left hanging out of shower drain. Dryer would only work with about 5 items, majority of load had to be hung on a small rack. Dishwasher did not work. No salt, pepper, conditioner, tea, coffee etc. Collecting and dropping keys from Orchid Ave when driving and staying at Soul wasn't ideal, wasn't too bad as we knew the area but could be difficult if you didn't. Apartment and furnishings quite dated.

Hotel is great, lovely pool and close to beach. Room was OK (no free upgrade this time) and having to hand over your luggage immediately on arrival (pre-check in) was unexpected and not really warranted.
