"Great property and location. This older home has been beautifully updated. Some quirkiness because it is an older home - but that’s to be expected. We had no problems with the home and it was a perfect home away from home!"

"We were visiting my college daughter at Miami, and it's impossible to find a hotel in Oxford. This was barely 20 minutes away and was SO much better! We had my parents (in their 70s) with us, so we each had our own room. The kitchen pots, pans and utensils looked practically new, the house was spotless, living room couch extremely comfortable ...and memory foam mattresses! Responses/communication were super fast! What a great find for the price! Would definitely use this again!"

We fished in the pond, catching large mouth bass and blue gills by the dozen (then release). I have nothing but great things to say about the Host & his family. "We had come to the area for a funeral in Middletown. This home was perfect for us. We were able to meet our obligations with the funeral and time with family but had a space where we could relax and reflect in a quiet and comfortable home. The host was wonderful and attentive to our needs."

"Lovely, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood with a large great room, big kitchen, and plenty of parking; convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment. And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside...

"Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall."

"quiet area , very close to Air museum and restaurants and such. We had only one issue with one of the showers would let any hot water come out. It was taken care of very promptly."

"We were very pleased with the house, entry and exit were very easy! The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to park two trucks. The only down side was that the neighbors were not very respectful late at night with revving car engines at 3:00am and some drunken shouting at the same time. That in no way was our hosts fault. Couple things that could be addressed inside was a light over the sink, another on over the coffee area and the light over the stove did not work. We hope...
