"The staff at Terradimare were wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. Location is just a short walk to San Teodoro and super convenient to a market. The pool was lovely. We had a small issue with our room and it was rectified immediately. If in the area I would definitely stay at Terradimare again. "

"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business.
- Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia.
- Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't).
- Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left.

"The hotel is very charming. The dining area is lovely. Breakfast was good-meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, pastries. The pool was nice. The rooms definitely leave something to be desired. They are very plain & just a room w a bed & tv & dresser. Nothing fancy but fine. The ac works nicely. And the bathroom is small but seemed recently updated. Plenty of parking. "Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm.
The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel.

"Great place to stay and Mihai is a wonderful and generous host. The house is nicely decorated and the bedrooms spacious. Views from the property are stunning. It also has a big swimming pool and is only a short walk to the beach. Very relaxing couple of weeks. Would definitely recommend. "

"We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach. Highly recommended. "
