Quiet location, nice pool. Free parking on the road. Friendly staff. Nice pretty grounds. Good aircon in the room. You need a car as a good walk to the village. Access to the beach, short walk. Room basic and compact but clean. Sweet breakfast, nice homemade cakes and quiche's but needs more fresh fruit, not just watermelon. Toast and hot breakfast not offered. Option of iron and ironing board would be useful. Towels and bedding changed after 3 nights unless you pay extra. Small Patio facing communal gardens, no sun for the room we had. Overall nice hotel and pleasant stay.

Struttura carina con margini di miglioramento, capisco non cambiare la biancheria ma almeno rimettere shampoo e doccia schiuma… colazione basica. Personale gentile e disponibile. Strada per raggiungere la struttura in condizioni davvero pietose ma questa non è sicuramente responsabilità della struttura.

Hôtel bien dans l’ensemble mais certainement pas le service client, chambre avec toilettes bouchées à notre arrivée (pas l’air surprise la dame) changement de chambre à 23h30 le 1er soir après que leur technicien et un collègue ait essayé de déboucher, je passe les détails …salle de bains inaccessible 🚽 Donc chambre changée mais facturée 2€ de plus par jour, un comble !!! Taxe de séjour exigée en espèces ! Points positifs : cadre, piscine, petit déjeuner

comodo per la spiaggia di Poltu Ainu

Bella struttura tenuta bene a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Poltu Ainu, il centro di Budoni è a circa 5 minuti in macchina. Le camere sono essenziali e pulite, c'é anche una piccola piscina e un ristorante. Le ragazze alla reception sono state sempre simpatiche e disponibili a dare consigli.

Es war voll kommend ausreichend für die 5 Tage auf Sardinen.Zimmer waren sauber und man hat jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen.Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung für jeden etwas dabei .

Hotel in posizione strategica e ricco di servizi!

Hotel in zona strategica per visitare spiagge incantevoli più a nord che a sud. Ubicato in zona tranquillissima ma ottimamente servita. Servizi molto buoni: accoglienza, pulizie, colazioni (quello che non è nel buffet è a pagamento), parcheggio, piscina ed assistenza. Punti di miglioramento: integrare gratuitamente nelle colazioni prodotti per intolleranze/allergie, ampliare la zona di deposito bagagli e offrire il servizio di congelare le piattelle per poter affrontare una giornata intera in spiaggia, meglio che sostituire i mini frigoriferi presenti nelle stanze prive di cella freezer. ;-) Sicuramente consiglierei questa struttura e se dovessi tornare in questa zona della Sardegna non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare! :-)

Hotel composto da diverse “casette-camere” dotate di tv, aria condizionata e mini frigo (efficienza del frigo non è un granché ma passabile). La Colazione non offre molte varianti ma può comunque essere soddisfacente se ci si accontenta. Se cerchi una vacanza dove l’alloggio ti serve prevalentemente per dormire, fare colazione e poi passare il resto della giornata a visitare le fantastiche spiagge della Sardegna te lo consiglio. Se sei una persona pretenziosa e cerchi altro NO.

Esperienza negativa

i muri della camera erano tappezzati di zanzare spiaccicate. La federa dei cuscini macchiata di sangue. Il bidet del bagno inutilizzabile per via della posizione, praticamente addosso al wc. L'acqua fredda usciva dal rubinetto come un filo. La piscina era sporca, non viene pulita, inoltre tutto attorno c'è una moquette verde che è ideale per prendersi funghi e quant'altro. Alcune cameriere erano sgarbate.Esperienza da dimenticare. Non torneremo più.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Camere ricavate in piccole casette circondate da prati, alberelli e percorsi pedonali. Pulizia buona con ricambi giornalieri di biancheria. Alcuni nei: la presenza massiccia di zanzare che non fanno dormire, letto con due materassi singoli di scarso confort invece di uno matrimoniale, cuscini scomodi, tv con tutti i canali che si vedono male, aria condizionata a pagamento. Bagno ordinato tranne per la doccia con scarico ricavato al contrario e tenda di chiusura non funzionale (o chiude o tappa lo scarico), vicino alla porta della camera, che puntualmente generava acqua che invadeva la stessa. La Colazione è indecorosa, industriale, con prodotti di scarsa qualità, bevande calde con macchinetta automatica e assenza totale di frutta fresca. Probabilmente chiedo troppo; a certi prezzi è già tanto che ci sia la colazione inclusa. Ultima considerazione degna di nota: la strada per arrivarci!!! Contorta e piena di buche.

Attentive service, budget-friendly

Great service for the price. As we went out od season, only a few guests. Room is OK, only wished they had cleaned more often and changed the bed sheets. We had sand in our bed every night, even when we didn't go to the beach. We tried the restaurant and it was nice, but a little overpriced. You definitely get a car here, but it’s a great place to stay if you’re exploring around.
