Villino bifamiliare in contesto molto tranquillo. Giardino e veranda molto grandi, con bel panorama sull'isola di Tavolara. Non c'è aria condizionata ma in Agosto non se ne sente la necessità

Appartment in schöner ruhiger Lage

Die Anlage liegt ca.2km vom Zentrum San Teodoro. Die 2- Zimmer Appartments sind sehr geräumig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit einer schönen Terrasse, Garten und Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt, und nach einer Woche gewechselt. Was allerdings leider nicht vorhanden ist sind Geschirrtücher, Abwaschmittel u.ä Nicht alle Häuschen haben Meerblick. Den Strand L‘Isuledda erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten, zu Fuß in ca.30 Minuten. La Cinta z. B. in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation nur in Italienisch oder Englisch möglich. Auf einer kleinen Anhöhe befindet sich das Restaurant Miriacheddu, wo man ausgezeichnet speisen kann ( gehobenere Preisklasse) Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge entlang der Ostküste und ins Landesinnere. Es gibt gute Verkehrsanbindungen.

1 bed villa 5 mins drive from brach

Nice restaurant on site. Electric cut outs regularly. No gas supply too cooker for 3 days. Front doors had problem with locks. Hot water only last 5 mins and then have to wait 30 mins to warm up again.

comfortable,very clean residence in very nice landscaping with friendly obliging staff. a warning to visitors from other countries who are used to having more equipment supplied-- there is no toaster,kettle,grill or barbecue and no work surface to prepare meals so even breakfast is a challenge also nothing is supplied for the kitchen such as tea towels,washing up stuff and no condiments etc so you need to bring everything with you or go to the supermarket . we only went into san teodoro a couple of times and were not very impressed the night market was mostly jewelry and the restaurants very average. we went to ottiolu less than 10 mins drive away south and eat at the restaurants on the harbour,they were better and cheaper with a lovely view.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Die Residence Miriacheddu liegt ca 30 km südlich von Olbia ideal gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für den Nordosten von Sardinien. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage; die einzelnen rustikalen und gut eingerichteten Häuser stehen in einem sehr gepflegten Gelände. Zur Residence gehört auch ein Ristorante mit Pizzeria: Ausgezeichneter Service, vielfältige Speisekarte und moderate Preise. Wir haben die Distanzen unterschätzt: Wenn man auf den kurvigen aber gut ausgebauten Nebenstrassen unterwegs ist, müssen die Tagesetappen entsprechend kurz gewählt werden, dh ein Ausflug an die Westküste oder in den Süden ist fast nicht möglich.
