"Quiet area, a little hard to find without a house number but we knew it had to be one of three, so overcame that. However it might have been different if it was a late arrival. Very nice location with essential shopping a couple of minutes away and gas stations (2) cheaper than Victoria fractionally further.VI is a big island and Mill Bay makes a good location to explore the south, but also to explore the centre. But trips to and north of Tofino are a stretch. We felt that Mill Bay gave good access to Victoria and enough to keep us busy for our stay.Space wise, light, bright, airy and the photo does it justice. My wife enjoyed the piano (and we enjoyed her playing it).The property is fairly well equipped and 3 is an ideal number. Plenty of room but you start running out of things like wine glasses with 4! Plenty of space for parking and easy access and entry (do the right thing and pull in to avoid obstructing access for the neighbouring property). Getting to know how some things work in the kitchen took a bit of trial and error.Very happy with our stay, the property, the location and the island."

"My wife and I, her four sisters and their husbands enjoyed this beautiful property for a week. It is stunningly beautiful, with large, open floor plan living areas, all looking directly out on the water. The master suite is outstanding and the other four bedrooms, while more normal sized, are quite nice. Everything is in like-new condition. The furnishings are modern and elegant, but very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve about any meal imaginable. We are a group that usually likes to go out and explore just about every day, but with the beauty and luxury of this home (including a full gym that is the most well-equipped home gym I've ever seen, a boat dock, extensive decking, gas firepit and hot tub), we decided to "stay home" on three days and just enjoy being in such a great environment. For the days we did go out, Victoria is just a 30 minute drive, even with traffic, and the airport is a mere 10 minute drive. This property gets our highest possible rating and we'll be talking about it for years to come. Don't miss out on this experience."
