"Our room was just ok. Needed a couple of repairs. They were in the middle of remodeling though. Other than that it was great. The staff were very friendly, The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast host was wonderful. Kept the area very clean and everything stayed filled up. Very attentive. Would definitely stay again."

"This cottage was probably my favorite vrbo ever for our family of four. It had plenty of space, was clean and well stocked for cooking, as well as super cozy. Beds were comfortable and laundry was very convenient. Host left us ideas of things to do nearby and we had a great time visiting the waterfalls in surrounding area. Hope to get back there sometime soon."

"We had a great time relaxing and enjoying this space that they have created. It is such a unique place and we loved the outdoor space as much indoors. Sparta and many hiking spots are so close yet you are secluded enough to enjoy the peace. They were very responsive when I reached out for questions and check in and out was simple. We have stayed at their cabin in Sparta and loved it also. We will continue to come back and would highly recommend this treehouse to anyone!"

"This place is a must stay! It does not get any better. Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!"
