"Great location. The view off the mountain is worth the price of admission. The cabin is also very nice and cozy. Good location, if you are looking at hitting up TN waterfalls. About 20 minutes from main area of downtown Sparta, but there is also a DG about 7 minutes away, if you need any last second supplies or midnight snacks."

"The property was clean and seemed to be well kept up although a little dated. Oh, let him Larry. My only complaint is that the water pressure was a little low in the shower. But that was a minor thing. Enjoyed our stay, comfortable man."

"This is the cutest house in a beautiful setting. The attention to detail is excellent! The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. It only takes a few minutes to get into the city of Cookeville. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and will stay here again if we are in the area. "This is an absolute gem! Talk about unplugging with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors! We rode trails on our golf carts- fished, played pickleball, basketball, card games, bucket golf, our dogs ran and played! We cooked wonderful meals in the outdoor kitchen area- enjoyed the fire pits- made smores- jumped on the trampoline and so much more! We can’t wait to go back! So glad I stumbled across this listing"
