"First off the view from your room is breathtaking!!! Second the staff is amazing it’s a family-run place.. So clean and well kept up. Only downside is falls is if u take room with stove top u most provide own pans! And this sucks because it’s hard to find. The location of this place is perfect u are right in the middle of restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores. The most amazing part is this place takes dogs!!! My family and I are traveling with our son and dogs and they expected dogs without a problem. If you looking for somewhere low in price but clean safe and pet friendly, please stay here you won’t regret it!"

"We can to visit our son for his 21st birthday and knew we wanted to be in the mountains and do a lot of hiking. This stay did not disappoint! You are within 30-45min of several state parks and waterfalls ascwell as several great , local restaurants. We ended up with hiking 32.6 miles, seeing 6 state parks, and 9 waterfalls in 3 days. Our last day was extremely nice with relaxing at the lookout. Bill even added (built) a porta potty so there is no need to worry about a restroom while sitting and enjoying the sunset and family. Only recommendation would be to add a few more trail signs in the beginning (we got turned around a couple times with different trails walking to the lookout). I would absolutely recommend the cabi! It is well kept, communication is easy and quick, and the cabin was equipped with all accommodations you'd need."

"Property is getting old-- I can't really remember how long I've been coming here but 20 years anyway. Room and bed was clean but floor not so good. Bathroom was reasonablely clean but old paint and dust in corners near tub. Housekeeping just not that good. I'll still come back"
