"Rustic Retreat" – A charming cabin on 2.5 secluded acres in the 'Cozy Cabin Retreat' community. Built in 2005 by local Mennonites, this 2-bed, 2-bath home offers peace, quiet, and starry skies just 1.5 miles from HWY 111. Relax on the screened porch or elevated deck, surrounded by lush forest. Enjoy modern comforts with rustic charm, including deluxe linens, coffee, spices, paper goods, and more. Smart TV, outdoor grill, board games, and rocking chairs complete your stay. Max guests: 6.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)
Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests.
Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Deliveries: Shipt dot com can deliver food directly to you.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Parties and Smoking Policy: Strictly no parties and no smoking. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Cozy little retreat

This place was perfect for my fiancé and I. Huge yard for the dogs to run, and the last day there it was snowing hard. We enjoyed the stay.

Perfect Girls Getaway

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend get away. Me and my Friends did the Mammoth March at Fall Creek Falls and this cabin was perfect. Clean, had everything you needed.

Awesome spot in the woods!

An absolutely great little cabin in the woods! If you want to get away from it all this is the spot, surrounded by Tennessee hardwood forest, coffee on the porch in the morning, no noise of the modern world! Incredible state parks and waterfalls to hike to close by. ( Burgess Falls and Fall creek falls) check in and out was great, highly recommended to anyone.

Rustic cabin
