"Quiet room"

"We were in town for the state tournament for Basketball. I am ADA and the snow and ice was a death trap for me so that could have been taken care of better at least around the ADA parking but the room itself was great and we thought it worked perfect for us."

"The price was great but the included "breakfast" was yogurt and a packages muffin. The dog area was really disgusting - lots of poop which is obviously the guests issue except the doggie bags dispenser was empty so the property needa to take responsibility for that. Overall, i woild atay again for an overnight stay since the price is "

"Our hotel stay wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Our a.c. in our room didn't work the first day and had to have maintenance come and fix it. It was around 80 degrees outside and the lobby and casino floors had the heater on high. It was so hot inside, me me want to go somewhere else to drink and gamble. Our room was the small suite with the jacuzzi tub in the center of the room. We liked it but wished the water stayed warm for longer. We had to keep the hot water running the whole time we were in it to keep the water warm. All in all, not bad, but not amazing. Much better than our last Reno stay at Circus Circus. "

"My room was old and smelled like cigars. The only available outlet was on a lamp on a desk near the television stand. Took about 7 minutes to walk from check in to the skywalk to the room. The bathroom was nice and very clean. The bedding was good. The area around the hotel was quiet. The upstairs and adjoins rooms were not. You could hear everything. I did not use any of the hotel amenities. "

"Everything was sold out when we didn’t get room they give the room somebody I wait 3 hours for they find room for me even we reserve my room 2 months before the day …."

"I was there for 4 nights, and they only came and gave me Fresh Linen and towels the first day. The next 3 mornings no one showed up to clean my room"
