The staff is friendly the moment you arrive and the shuttle to and from the airport were a godsend. The walls are a little thin and I could hear the freeway at night but the room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was a nice touch.

The hotel was nice and staff were accommodating. The restaurant on site, “Gambis” was very tasty. However, my only complaint was that the pool and hot tub were closed and this was not disclosed when I booked the room. The temperature in Reno when we stayed was high 80s/low 90s so we were disappointed about that. Overall it was a nice stay for the price point. Would I stay again? Yes, but after May once the pool and hot tub are open.
