"The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs, Colorado was an incredible experience from start to finish. The rooms in the new building were absolutely amazing — modern, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The spa was one of the highlights of the trip. Erin was hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her deep tissue massage is truly a gift — she has an incredible ability to find and work out tension while still making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The hot spring pools were fantastic and the perfect way to unwind. The entire resort has such a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment. The dining options at the resort were excellent, and the restaurants in town were also outstanding. Everything from the service to the food exceeded expectations. Five stars, easily. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend The Springs Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable Colorado getaway. Landon"

"Very nice river view in our room. Only issue is that shuttle service not available to and from Airport. There are two shuttles on property but are only used for airport staff and not hotel guests. Even if there was a nominal charge we should have been able to use shuttle as taxi service is very unreliable and lengthy. We waited over an hour at airport for taxi."
