"I was greeted and checked in by a sweet lady named Nuvia. She helped me throughout my stay, providing silverware and with a food delivery. Nuvia was very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be taking advantage of the great location and hospitality this hotel has to offer. (Interior rooms are the way to go). "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom/shower was spacious. The service/staff were amazing and friendly. The only downfall to this hotel was the cost of the parking garage. $52 per day is an exorbitant amount for parking (not valet) on the hotel property."

"Paying for valet is definitely the way to go; easy and convenient. One of the elevators didn’t go to the floor we needed for some reason and you can’t change the temperature in the room without a work order which made it a little uncomfortable. The area is walkable and close to a variety of dining options."

Beautiful-the restaurant (farm to table) and Julio was sincerely one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met. From the moment you enter (Steve meeting you on the street) to check in with JJ. Everyone and everything exudes kindness and pleasure. Once in the room the luxury continues with an unbelievably comfortable bed and thoughtful amenity’s. It was an unexpected unpretentious luxury stay that will be hard to replicate. To say I loved it is an understatement! "
