"I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...

"The grounds were beautiful and the pool was inviting. The greenery leading up to the cottage could have used a trim but still very nice. Once inside, the cottage was adorable. The only thing was the shower head, it almost spit out water rather than a stream or “shower”. The bed was comfy and the AC was great. Definitely would stay again, but next time allow one day to just sit by the pool."
