"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I...

"Welcoming staff upon arrival, room was very clean. Family of 4 2 adults 2 kids it was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out at the theme parks. Breakfast buffet was good, we didn't get sick of it at all during our 6 days staying here. We got the stay + free entry to theme parks + buffet breakfast. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
