"Parking has gone up to £6 a day now, Breakfast is great apart from their coffee machine which is terrible, it didn't use to be like that a few years back, they must have changed it. Beds are comfortable, pool and sauna is nice but their steam room hardly has any steam, it needs an upgrade. Staff are nice, hotel is quiet which I prefer. "

"The hotel had no parking and was extremely dirty. The room was filthy, the toilet wasn’t working, there was hair on the beds, the carpet was very dirty, and there was even a pin on the floor that injured my daughter’s foot. They charged extra for a larger room and for a sea view, but gave us a room with a blocked window where nothing could be seen. When we complained, they refunded our money. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen—charging 5-star prices with no service. Even if it were free, we would never return."

"Hotel is directly opposite where you check in, which is The George pub. No staff being readily available in the building was a little inconvenient as we had a few confusing moments with the room temperature and couldn’t change it. Also, tv remote was broken so was difficult to navigate using it, but having no main reception in the building meant you couldn’t just pop and get a replacement! But it was very clean, large wet room and not too much trouble to navigate once inside. Would stay again, as it conveniently on the high street so all shops are so close."
