"Stay was excellent "

"Buyer beware. While the location is excellent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed, with a rowdy clientele that made the property feel more like a budget motel than a high-end resort. This is not a family-friendly environment—I did not feel comfortable using the pool, and noise was a constant issue throughout the stay. The mattress offered no real support, as every spring could be felt. I had to contact staff multiple times due to disturbances, including a continuously barking dog and loud neighbors, one of whom made aggressive verbal threats. For a property at this price point, the experience was unacceptable."

"Hotel is nice. Staff from check in, bar to dinner are the worst. The bartender on the 13th floor is useless. This was my third time staying and he’s been the worst every time. Back to Zaza for me for great service! "
