On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. "It is a nice flat - clean, quiet, comfortable. My issue is with access. I really struggled to locate the property: there is no street number, name, on the building. With some difficulty as it was getting dark, I found the key-box. It is chained to a drainpipe at knee height, in a gutter that smells of urine. Then I had real trouble getting into the flat. "I won't be staying here again. It's a terrible value for the money. There are too many other options for something to be this bad and expensive. While the host was responsive, I arrived to a dirty home without running water nor toilet paper. Luckily, the water was easy to turn on with some instruction from the host, and I had already planned to go to the store shortly after arrival. At least all the codes worked. "Very friendly and helpful staff. We have a campervan and able to park in their associated car park in adjacent building and plenty of room. We had one of the rooms in the extension which was lovely and clean and warm. Easy 20 min walk to Guildhall for our gig and plenty of pubs and eateries en route and a huge variety. Breakfast was really good. A great stay and would definitely come back when visiting Southampton without a doubt!! "
