"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean—exactly what I expected when I booked it. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the water from both the room and the balcony, and accessing the water was pretty easy, especially with our own kayak. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"We loved staying at the Palace hotel. The rooms were original Victorian and very large. The bathroom was amazing with the claw tub. The staff was super friendly friendly . It was fantastic being right downtown. We could walk everywhere. everywhere and it was so nice being right downtown we could just walk everywhere."

"They need to make sure the blackout curtains close fully. Ours (rm 430) did not. Also need more USB ports by the beds. Maybe get lamps that have them instead of just the one on the clock radio?"
