Many thanks Andy for taking the time to review your stay here at the Rockpool Motor Inn. As motel operators we assist the housekeepers on the departure of our guests. It was noted that your spa had a dark brown residue at the water line which our housekeeper advised was easily removed (looked like residue and lotion of some sort). We would welcome photos of your dirty spa for our information ....and would urge in future rather than accusing via a review - discuss with the motel operator prior to departure.
