"We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. "Nice, bright room at the top of the inn looking over the village street down to Hurlstone Point. Big, clean en-suite. Good full English breakfast, very friendly staff who wanted to be sure we were happy. The bar was lively in the evening with plenty of groups at the sofas, tables and bar-stools."

"If you’re thinking about staying at Owlscombe, stop thinking and just book it - you won’t regret it! We were 3 generations (10 people), including a baby, a toddler, 2 teenagers, 2 60 year olds, and a dog, and the house provided everything we needed. It was spotless, well equipped, and finished to a very high standard with quality appliances. Also the location suited us well, a 10-minute walk to the delightful Porlock Weir, and 10 minute drive to the village of Porlock. Communication with Stuart before and during our stay was friendly and prompt. Thank you Stuart, we had a great time!"
