This is only a small property (good) the management do all they can to help in any way. All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality. The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets. There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is.

Very friendly, clean. Chai, Rat, Su & Joso made our holiday a great one. Thanks guys ... if we ever come back we will certainly stay here again.

An excellent stay at this resort. The place was clean, gardens beautifully maintained, multiple pools were always sparkling and the breakfast was varied and plentiful - yummy as! The food at the restaurant was first rate and the drinks OK. The bed was huge and comfy, air conditioner and fan worked well, lovely private aspect onto the pool area and the bathroom was great. The only downside was that the TV was quite old so it could not be cast to and there was no Netflix or other premium...

Stayed a week at a wonderful beachfront room, which had a private pool and was not overlooked, and which had amazing views of the sea and the islands. The staff were ever so friendly and the hotel was always clean and quiet. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but transport to nearby Bophut is easy.

Brown Hotel is a really nice place to stay, an oasis in Krabi Town. Is it close to the sights? No, but the staff are so friendly and helpful to arrange for you to go anywhere you want, the room is clean and nicely decorated so is a great private place to relax. Really recommend - we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Amazing Hotel with lots of cool quirky touches. The roof top bar and swimming pool were absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful and charming. Central location but you wouldn't have known it, very little if any street noise.Thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Very modern clean hotel. Great staff and good variety of breakfast options. Location is excellent as it connects to Jungceylon shopping centre.

Great stay. Easy checkin room was great with very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel was not full so it was quiet but you could hear other people in the spa at 5am from your balcony. Breakfast was good and the coffee machinean added bonus. Real fresh hot coffee. The only negative was there are no tissues in the room and they only supply 1 toilet roll, eadily fixed by grabbibg an extra roll from the downstairs toilet. Would stay again as great location to beach and nightlife

Beautiful spot for couples, pool has stunning views. The staff are so amazing they really make your stay! I loved this hotel the pictures dont do it justice. Breakfast is great two again with a beautiful view. Would stay again, again and again!!!

Views were amazing

I enjoyed the 9 nights at the resort. Staff were happy and always happy to follow up any request. We arrived late on the night that we booked in the resort staff were happy to assist with organising a some dinner. The resort was well maintained and well looked after. The pool was clean and well maintained so we used it often. The fellow guests were a great mix of people and every one interacted with each other and there was sharing of food between the guests and lots of relaxing time spent with...
