"I loved my king room with balcony view. The closet had a light and closed automatically. The service was top tier! I got bottled water whenever I asked and asked daily if I needed anything to improve my stay. The pool was cute, WiFi worked great and I had some of best sleep on that bed. It was the right amount of luxury and the convenience of 3 places to eat on sight was great. The only con was the mandated 20% on my takeout order from olive and sea and small portion. Otherwise everything I ate...

"We arrived too early for check-in. However, the girl that was at the desk was phenomenal. She greeted us, explained that we were too early to check in as they were still checking people out. We explained that we were unable to go anywhere as we had so much luggage. She graciously allowed us to lock our luggage up and hang out at the pool until our room was ready. This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were very grateful for her service."
