"For the price, I was very impressed by the friendly service at the front desk, clean room with extra amenities like ear plugs, and decorative extras in the room that made it really cozy. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We stayed to be close to the Pismo beach golf club (10 minutes away) to play first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and then a great golf morning. I highly recommend this place as a clean, nice place to stay for a great price!"

"A great place to stay in Grover Beach. We love the rooftop balcony and watching the sunset. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked. "Probably the biggest deck in Pismo resides at this property. Absolutely huge and a complete view of the town. The living room is equally big and open.As advertised, the place has a '70s retro feel. Not the avocado green appliance '70s, but all the latest gadgets and cool things from the era. There is even an in-wall toaster! The bedrooms also have overhead lights and one of the coolest fans I have ever seen. The blades are retractable and hidden. Didn't even know they were there until we pushed a button.Communication was very good and, when we had an issue with the master bathroom shower cable, someone came over quickly. The hand-held shower cable is pulled out of the Jacuzzi unit and can get twisted so it binds up and doesn't extend enough. Just twist it if this happens to you.All-in-all this was a very unique and terrific property ran professionally. If you have a larger gathering, I would not hesitate to book this spot."
