"Our room had a large balcony and from it during daylight hours we could see the ocean. The hotel is on a bluff but has stairs where guests can walk down to Pismo Beach and walk for miles on the pristine sand and then on the Boardwalk. You can also walk to the cute shops and onto the Pismo Pier. The pier has a Christmas tree lit up at night that you can see from the hotel."

"It’s an old hotel with upgrades. It was clean but no frills. No ice machine although the fridge had a good size freezer to refreeze our ice packs. No Kleenex. BUT Great sushi restaurant next door. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and nice. "

"It was just a very basic room to stay in after my Son’s Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didn’t expect much, and it wasn’t much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because I’m not too picky. "
