"Needs bigger bath towels, more wash clothes and that spare blanket was old & scratchy. I loved the dog park, and the pool was beautiful. The Cocktails were amazing."

"This was the best hotel in Pismo. View was spectacular. We had a “partial” ocean view but if you ask me the view was better than sitting on the The Deck. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Definitely staying here again"

"although it is a inexpensive room, you get what you pay for. It's just a very old hotel. Shower was leaking, the wall had water damage. Won't be staying there again. "

"The property has a great location and an awesome view. The checkin hours are very limited (3 p.m. to 5 p.m.) which was a bit odd. Each unit is uniquely furnished but they are all consistent in theme. I would have liked a screen door on the balcony - my cousin's room had this. Rooms are very clean, nice linens and towels and kitchenette. Just a block off the beach and you can hear the surf at night. A relaxing stay."

"we’re having issues with the AC in our room. it takes forever to cool down & we haven’t slept comfortably even if they changed the thermostat it seems like it’s not working properly! the maintenance guy went there to fix it but it’s still the same ."

"Sofa was not cleaned looked dirty and stains And bench was stained and dirty, did not feel comfortable to sit on it the bathroom the corners by the doors were water stained Plates of dishes had dried food on them. Pots had boiled water stains on them very disappointed looked rundown, not cleaned properly dirty for the price. It should’ve been a lot cleaner looked and felt rundown and dirty."
